Arriva: Jana Siber new division director

Arriva announces the appointment of a new Division Director, Jana Siber.

Jana will be responsible for the area that includes Italy, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. From 17 September 2018, he also joins the Arriva Management Board, reporting directly to the Group CEO Manfred Rudhart.

Angelo Costa confirmed as CEO for Italy.

Within his area of ​​expertise, Jana Siber will be responsible for the growth and development of Arriva and will work to ensure a high level of innovation in order to support the specific transportation solutions required by local authorities, governments and passengers.

Jana Siber has extensive international senior experience. He worked for the Avis Budget Group where he managed the ZipCar International division, a start-up for car rental. In the five years she spent with Avis, Jana has held various roles, including that of Vice President for Global Licenees, a role in which she was responsible for 180 master-franchises. She was also Head of International Strategy for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region and for Asia and the Pacific, overseeing the development of corporate strategy and processes.

Previously, she held senior positions as a consultant at Bain & Company UK, Accenture UK and Booz Allen Hamilton International (UK), where she was responsible for numerous strategic and transformation projects.
