Ethic code
Arriva Italia has long since adopted an organization and management model pursuant to d. lgs. 231/2001 on the subject of corporate responsibility, approved by the Board of Directors of the company and entrusted to the supervision of a specific internal body. With this Model, Arriva Italia intends to eliminate or reduce to the minimum possible the risk of incorrect behavior by people who act in the interest or to the advantage of the company, with reference to the provisions of the law and following a specific mapping of activities most relevant companies. The Model also includes the adoption of a Code of Ethics, containing the principles and lines of conduct that characterize the operations of the company, with an invitation to ensure compliance by all subjects acting in the interest or to the advantage of ‘company.
